DAY 1 | Let's Get to Know You
We start by understanding your practice’s specific needs, workflows, challenges, and goals to tailor our solutions.
You’ll share things like:
- Your daily and weekly routines
- The type of support you’re looking for (patient scheduling, billing, admin help, etc.)
- Your preferred communication style and tools
- Any systems or software you use
It’s all about making sure we’re a perfect fit for your unique practice!
DAYS 2-8 | Finding Your Perfect Match
You wouldn’t bring just anyone into your practice, and neither would we.
We carefully handpick a skilled virtual assistant who has real experience and matches your style and needs.
Whether you need someone amazing with patient scheduling, insurance follow-ups, or admin support, we’ll find a VA who feels like a natural extension of your team.
DAY 9 | Meet Your New Assistant
It’s time to meet your new virtual assistant!
We’ll set up a friendly video call where you can chat, discuss how you like to work, set contact preferences, and start building a great working relationship.
This isn’t just an introduction, it’s the beginning of a true partnership.
DAYS 10-12 | A Smooth Start (On Us!)
Your assistant’s first two working days are completely free, our treat!*
This gives you time to walk them through your practice’s processes, patient communication style, and anything else that makes your operations special.
We want your assistant to feel fully at home in your practice. and for you to feel 100% confident in their support.
Our partnership doesn’t stop after onboarding.
We continuously monitor and fine-tune your assistant’s performance, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Plus, you’ll have a dedicated account executive you can reach out to anytime, whether you need more help, have feedback, or want to expand your support team as your practice grows.
*The complimentary first working days are based on your commitment level: 2 full days (up to 8 hours each) are provided when you commit to a minimum 6-month contract at 40+ hours per week; 1 full day (up to 8 hours) is provided with a minimum 3-month contract at 40+ hours per week. For part-time contracts (20+ hours per week), 2 half-days (up to 4 hours each) are provided with a 6-month commitment, and 1 half-day (up to 4 hours) with a 3-month commitment. This offer applies to each virtual assistant outsourced through Wyatt Connect under these terms.
